A few weeks ago I took a tour of the Seneca One tower. I was in the tower a number of years ago when it was still called the HSBC tower so I was familiar with how much space the building actually had.

While the exterior of Seneca One has changed I was curious to see how the interior was going to look. While some areas still reminded me of the old, there was plenty of new updates to the space. From the lobby having more seating, to the new bar where happy hours will be held, and the new food hall that offers delicious options for breakfast and lunch, there is a lot of opportunity happening.

The multiple event space locations, the art gallery hall, the beautiful garden areas outside and so much more, Seneca One is all about bringing the community together whether you work and live there or you just want a new place to go in town. If you pay a visit there is something to appeal to everyone.

It will definitely be exciting to see the progress that continues to be made on this massive project in the heart of our city. Kudos to Douglas Jemal (Douglas Development) & his team for investing in the 716.

The public tours are being offered on Wednesdays & Fridays at noon. Spots are limited. When on the tour face masks are required. We toured various areas in the tower as well as a couple different apartments. To stay up to date on everything going on at Seneca One I suggest following them on their social media accounts which you can find here. Seneca One Buffalo (IG account) Seneca One Buffalo FB Page
